Presentación en la librería de la Cooperativa de Arquitectos Jordi Capell del libro "A l'ombra del Decameró. Catorze relats eròtics", de varios autores.
Presentarán el libro el arquitecto Xabier Eizaguirre y de dos de las autoras, Susagna Aluja e Isabel Domingo.

Sacred heritage, AADIPA's next international conference

The XXXVII edition of the International Conference on Intervention on Architectural Heritage, organised by the Association of Architects for the Protection and Intervention on Architectural Heritage (AADIPA) of the Architects' Association of Catalonia, is starting on December the 11th.
This year, the theme of the conference, which will take place from December the 11th to the 14th in the COAC hearquarters, focuses on "Sacred heritage: ongoing innovation".
The opening ceremony will be led by Antoni Vilanova, chairman of the AADIPA; Ricardo Gómez Val, director of the course; and Lluís Comerón, dean of COAC. Architect Mario Botta will give the opening lecture, entitled "Sacred Architecture".
This year, the aim of the course is an in-depth analysis of our extensive sacred heritage. Given its size and importance, it seems advisable to create a reflection forum in order to define how this heritage is, what its condition is, which are its legal requirements, etc. To achieve this goal, both local and international experts coming from different professional fields will discuss their experiences.
Thus, the focus on December the 12th will be constant innovation and interventions over the years. On the 13th, we will discuss the construction of new sacred spaces and changes of use. Finally, on the 14th, a day-trip to Vic is organised in order to visit the Choir and Bell Tower of Església de la Pietat and Sant Pere's Cathedral. Check the programme.

Convocatoria de subvenciones para la rehabilitación en Catalunya

SUBVENCIONES A LA REHABILITACIÓN PARA BARCELONA CIUDAD
El Consorci de l'Habitatge de Barcelona tiene abierta una convocatoria de subvenciones para la rehabilitación de edificios de vivienda de uso residencial, con especial atención a las obras de accesibilidad, rehabilitación energética y patologías estructurales. El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes de inscripción finaliza el 31 de diciembre de 2014.
El Grupo de trabajo Impulsar la Rehabilitación organizó una jornada el pasado 25 de julio en el Colegio de Arquitectos de Catalunya para explicar los detalles. Consultad la documentación utilizada durante la presentación.

Si se ha hecho el trámite de solicitud del Informe de Idoneidad Técnica en el COAC (el IIT-CMH), dispondremos de un plazo adicional de dos meses para poder solicitar las ayudas. Para que podamos considerar tramitada la solicitud del IIT-CMH, es necesario haber creado el expediente y haber enviado todos los documentos correspondientes a la primera fase del proceso.

Este agosto se ha publicado en el DOGC la convocatoria de la Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya por la cual se convocan subvenciones para la rehabilitación de edificios de uso residencial para el año 2014, construidos y acabados antes del año 1981.
Para poderse acoger a las ayudas, las obras han de haber empezado a partir del 11 de abril de 2013 y, de no haberse iniciado, habrán de empezar en los seis meses siguientes a la concesión provisional de la subvención. La información y solicitud se pueden consultar online. La convocatoria finaliza el 14 de noviembre de 2014.
